Indefinite Adventure’s Food Porn Friday

January 24th, 2014 | Posted by Brianna in Food | Peru | The Places We've Been

Greens OrganicOver the last few months we’ve periodically included information from and hyperlinks to the guys at Indefinite Adventure who traveled South America in the opposite direction from us as part of their ongoing (and indefinite, obviously) adventure. Though we crossed paths with them in November, we unfortunately didn’t know it at the time and so missed the opportunity to meet them in person.

What first caught my attention about their blog, which covers a variety of travel-esque topics including expat living, lodging, and worldwide food reviews, was their Food Porn Friday feature which focuses on vegetarian dining abroad. You can imagine my delight when Sam invited me to write a guest post for that very category! Not only did it give us a great excuse to head out to try a new place, it was also a fun little challenge. My guest post, which features the absolutely fabulous spicy mango salsa covered fried cheese pictured here, can be viewed on Sam and Zab’s blog by clicking this link. Enjoy!

looks delish! I have missed your updates , as I am sure it is due to entertaining family.. Looking forward to catching up with you soon.

Aw thank you, Sandi! We really have had quite a drought in our writing and are gearing up to get back into the swing of it. Indeed, having family definitely put blogging on the back burner, though we were quite slow to pick it up again even after they left, haha. More from us soon though – we have so much to share. We are just loving Buenos Aires!

Yay! So glad you enjoyed contributing; we loved what you put together. Hopefully we’ll meet somewhere else on the road now that we’re stalking…I mean following each other on our journeys!
